If you have subscribed to the Remote Service, the My Porsche app allows you to perform various actions on the car, such as viewing the range, checking tire pressure, closing windows and doors and, of course, localizing the car.

As of September 2022, the original Porsche Car Connect app has been replaced by the My Porsche app. The new app is the central interface between customer, car and brand. By combining the full range of services and information in one app, customers have even faster and easier access to Porsche’s digital world.

One unified application

As of September 2022, the Porsche Car Connect app has been replaced by the My Porsche app. The My Porsche app is your mobile interface with the Porsche world and a central access point for all Porsche services including those of Porsche Car Connect.

Logging in

To log in to the My Porsche app, you will need a Porsche ID. If you do not yet have a Porsche ID, or if you have forgotten your credentials, please contact your local Porsche dealer. They will be happy to assist you with this.

Clifford can see if the required Remote Service is active and verify that the system is communicating properly, but the My Porsche application and the Porsche ID is managed and supported by your local Porsche dealer.
