In the Benelux, Clifford is the National Service Provider (NSP) and Secure Operating Center (SOC) of the original Porsche Vehicle Tracking Systems. We have been working closely with the Porsche organization in both the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg since 2006.
We not only provide Customer Service and 24/7 Emergency Response services, but we also support Porsche in obtaining the necessary product approvals and advise the organization on all vehicle security related issues.
Porsche expects excellent service from its suppliers. We have therefore been audited several times by Porsche AG’s quality managers. In addition, Clifford has ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certification.
Clifford is connected to Vodafone Automotive infrastructure. Vodafone Automotive has an extensive network of National Service Providers and Secure Operating Centers in all European countries. This network ensures that we can localize your Porsche anywhere in Europe and have it secured by the local authorities with a simple push of a button.
